Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Before approving any claim, we will verify the item against our own pre-shipment photos to ensure the damage did not occur after dispatch.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Installed or used rooftop tents or accessories

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or neglect
