Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted freight and courier partners, including Australia Post and specialist freight companies for larger items.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Large & Bulky Items
Products such as rooftop tents, awnings, racks and other oversized items are shipped via freight services.

Someone may need to be available to accept delivery.

Some freight companies may require collection from a local depot if your address falls outside their delivery network.

Delivery to rural or remote locations may incur additional freight charges. If this applies, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing their purchase.
If an incorrect address is supplied and your order has already been dispatched, any additional shipping or redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Do not dispose of the packaging until your claim has been assessed.
We'll work with the freight provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your tracking has stopped updating or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Authority to Leave
Some carriers may offer Authority to Leave (ATL).
If you choose ATL, the parcel becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered. On The Horizon is not responsible for theft, loss or damage occurring after delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected products.
Delivery times, customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
